The largest airline in Japan, ANA provided transport for more than 47 million passengers in 2012. In 2013, the airline was awarded SkyTrax' top five-star rating for its broad range of services and amenities. FlightStats ranked the airline No. 1 for its on-time performance, andAir Transport World recognized the air carrier with the "2012 Airline of the Year Award."
ANA At The Airport
All Nippon operates ANA Lounges at various Japanese and international airports. First and business class passengers can dine on light meals, refresh in a shower suite or a massage chair, relax in supple arm chairs or catch up on work at Internet connection sites.
First Class
First class seats offer exclusive privacy in individual shell or cubicle configurations. Both offer over-sized seats that convert to flat beds, large dining trays, storage areas, international telephones, large-screen monitors and power ports. Light meals are offered throughout the flight to supplement scheduled meals of fresh, seasonal gourmet cuisine. Personal on-demand entertainment systems are installed at each seat, offering movies, music and games. A variety of sleeping accessories are provided for first class passengers, including a feather mattress, fluffy pillow and pajamas. Ginza Cosmetics provides skincare products for the first class amenity kits.
Business Class
With ANA's large fleet, it's unsurprising that there are several business class seating configurations available depending on the individual aircraft. The newer business class seats are ensconced by private shell pods, providing excellent privacy and security. They also feature large sliding trays for work and dining, power ports, ample storage space, seats that recline to a fully horizontal position and large touch=screen monitors. Business class passengers dine on delectable dishes, light fare and, on routes to Asia, Pierre Hermé Paris desserts. Sleeping accessories, amenity kits, slippers and aroma cards are also available.
